I focus on working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and start-ups, helping them set up their businesses with solid foundations from day one, or in some cases resolving current challenges or sorting out any legacy issues they just aren’t getting to. I’m often asked to be the business coach, helping to hold people who work for themselves accountable. As a COO, I work across all areas of their businesses: people, processes, client service, project management, finance, legal & so much more.

My tribe calls me Firebird, not just for the red hair, but because I'm a fiercely passionate human. I am an expert at 'polishing diamonds' or driving excellence in everything I do; I am obsessed with people and client love, building life long partnerships; and I am an execution queen, getting stuff done! I've worked for a wide range of companies over the last 20 years, in the USA, UK, EU, and SA. From tiny startups to some of the great giants like Microsoft and NBC Universal.
